In 1999 I was working with the FBI infiltrating
the National Alliance in Austin, Texas. At the time I was also watching Alex Jones on the public access channel.
Alex
kept talking about the Feds having a false flag operation in the works in which they were going to blow up their own Federal
building. I did not see it... I did not believe it. I thought Alex Jones as just some kooky conspiracy theorist running off at the
mouth in an effort to get attention. Then about a month later... I was offered a job through the National Alliance
with a man who serviced AC units for large buildings there in Austin. I went in for an interview... I was handed an application... and told to put whatever
name I wanted to on it. The interview process seemed to be a string of racist joke... one after the other... and
then this man pulled out the blueprints to the FBI interrogation building off of 183 North. This man proceeded
to tell me how WE were going to carry a bomb in piecemeal into THAT Federal building. This mans name was Robert
E. Lee... and his plan was the opening salvo in the "Great Southern Rising". We continued talking for
another hour or so... mostly about the National Alliance and MY future. Then he began talking about Timothy McVeigh
and what a good soldier he was. Then he said, "You have an opportunity here, Charles."
I left
his office agreeing to return the following Monday and report for work... and went directly to the FBI.
I was
severely shaken by the entire incident... I was not looking for something THAT big... maybe a Civil Rights violation... but
a bombing? But after several hours of talking with the Feds... I could tell they knew more than I was telling
them. Then
they asked me to go ahead and start the job... and do whatever they wanted me to do... carry in whatever they wanted me to
carry in. I felt like I was being used. I began reflecting back over what Alex Jones had said... about the planned false
flag operation. I returned back to my National alliance group... and looked again at the people I found around
me. They
were mostly all ex-military. Then it hit me... I was being positioned as the perfect patsy.
The
Feds had even told me where to meet up with the National Alliance recruiter... and how to go about "accidentally"
meeting him... by asking for a copy of Mein Kampf from the bookseller that was next to the National Alliance table at a gun show in Austin. I was being set
up. I
made copies of all the information I had collected during my infiltration... mostly license plates, name and phone numbers,
but there was also quite a bit of detailed information about conversations I had with certain people.
I handed
over the info to the FBI... and then began telling anyone that would listen of how I had been asked to carry a bomb piecemeal
into a Federal building. I told enough people... so that no matter who's operation it was... there was no way they
were going to be able to carry it out... because too many people knew. I was very scared at the time... I did not know who I could trust... I could
not tell the good guys from the bad guys... so I bugged out... and went back home to La Porte, Texas.
I am
CONVINCED... that Alex Jones was right! The FBI continued calling me... keeping tabs... asking when I was going to return.
Until
2002... when La Porte Police raided my home after "misidentifying" Okra as Marijuana. They only thing
they found and kept... were MY journals... the exact ones I had made photocopies of for the Feds before I left.
