2002-2012 Opium production increases to well over 2000% of 2001 levels.
2012 The Heroin supply in the United States is at an all time high, purity levels increase and the street price is lower now than it ever has been before.
There are FAR more people using heroin in the US now... arrests and imprisonment are at an all time high.
More people died last year of heroin overdoses than ever before.
More people were arrested and imprisoned last year for heroin than any year before.
The United States Military is protecting shipments of heroin to the United States... and more than probably are using Military aircraft to get the drugs here.

The Federal Government ships in the drugs... then busts citizens for possession, locks up non-violent drug users and puts them in prisons where their labor is exploited!!
